Oromist Return, Refund Policy & Shipping Policy

At Oromist, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We ensure each perfume is crafted, packed, and shipped with utmost care. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we have a fair and transparent return and refund process to help you.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The return request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
(including the outer box, labels, and seals).
• The product should have no damage or leakage.
• Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is mandatory for processing any return request.

Products not eligible for return:

• Opened or used perfumes.
• Products purchased during Sale, Clearance, or Promotional offers (unless damaged or
wrong item received).
 Products showing physical damage after delivery due to customer mishandling.

2. Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Contact us at info@oromist.in or through the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery.
Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach images/videos of the product (ifdamaged or wrong item received).
Once verified by our support team, you will receive return instructions and a pickup schedule (if applicable).
Pack the product securely in its original packaging for pickup.

Note:
• In some locations, courier pickup may not be available — customers may be asked to self ship the product.
• Keep the courier receipt and tracking number safe until confirmation of refund.

3. Refund Policy
We process refunds in a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly manner.

Refund Approval:
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refunds are approved only if the product meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
• Photo or video proof of the product condition is mandatory for refund or replacement approval.

Refund Mode:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer once you share your bank details securely.

Refund Timeline:

• Approved refunds are Credited within 5–7 business days after product inspection on original payment method.
• It may take 2–4 additional days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery Charges:

• Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable for voluntary returns (i.e., if the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product).
• In cases of damaged, wrong, or defective items, the full amount including shipping will be refunded, provided that valid proof (photo or video) is shared and verified by our support team.

4. Exchange Policy

 

We offer product exchanges only in the following cases:
• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged, leaked, or defective.

Steps for Exchange:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will verify and arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost.

The defective item must be returned in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed.

Note: If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit instead.

5. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be initiated within 2–4
business days.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product:
• Inform us at info@oromist.in within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photo or video proof clearly showing the damage, leakage, or incorrect item
received.
After verification, we will issue a replacement or full refund (as per your choice) replacement products will be delivered in 7 – 10 business days. if you wilsh to get refund Refund will be credited to original mode of payment in 7 business days.

Proof is mandatory for all damage or defect-related refund or replacement claims.

We do not entertain damage complaints after 48 hours of delivery.

7. Important Notes


• Refunds will not be issued if the returned product does not meet the eligibility conditions.
• Oromist reserves the right to deny return or refund requests in case of fraud, repeated returns, or policy misuse.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Oromist sent a damaged or incorrect item.
• For self-shipped returns, we may reimburse standard courier charges (up to ₹100) if the return is approved.

8.Shipping Policy 

Products will be delivered in 7- 10 business days from the date of order confirmed.
